We are dedicated to:
- Promoting public safety through treatment and accountability
- Restoring dignity to participants by addressing their needs with respect and compassion
- Connecting individuals to care, including mental health treatment, substance use recovery, housing, and social support
- Reducing recidivism by addressing the root causes of criminal behavior
- Building partnerships with families, treatment providers, and community agencies to create lasting networks of support
At the heart of our mission is the belief that mental health recovery and justice can work hand-in-hand to create positive, sustainable change.
Our Vision
We envision a justice system that is:
- Person-Centered – focusing on the individual’s unique needs, goals, and strengths
- Recovery-Oriented – fostering hope, resilience, and long-term stability
- Community-Supported – built on partnerships that extend beyond the courtroom
Our vision is to become a national model of therapeutic justice demonstrating how courts can improve lives and public safety through innovative, evidence-based practices.
